Main Features of "Sotomachi"

You can take a reception number from anywhere, such as from home or outside (please note this is not a time-based reservation).

Until your turn comes, you can wait at home, in your car, or nearby the hospital.

You can check real-time updates on the congestion status and your position in the waiting line.

You can send your medical questionnaire (such as reason for visit, symptoms, etc.) in advance.

When your turn is approaching, you’ll receive a notification via LINE or SMS.

Important notices such as temporary closures and announcements will also be shared through the system.
How to Use
1. Scan the QR code with your smartphone and add the clinic’s LINE account as a friend.
2. Follow the instructions to complete the reception process.
3. When you receive a notification that your turn is near, please come to the clinic.
