AI Reception & Automatic Call System "Sotomachi"
Our clinic has introduced "Sotomachi," an AI reception and automatic calling system, to reduce congestion in the waiting room and shorten waiting times.
This system allows you to check in and receive notifications from home or on the go using the LINE app.
Of course, if you do not use LINE, you can still check in directly at the clinic as usual, so please don't worry.
*For emergencies, please call us in advance. Cases with high urgency will be prioritized.

Since you can wait for your turn at home or in your car, both owners and pets can wait comfortably.

You can choose between reserving a spot for the same day or scheduling an appointment for a specific date and time.

You will receive a notification via LINE when your turn is approaching, so you can wait comfortably at home, in your car, or near the clinic.

You can enter your pet's pre-consultation information (such as symptoms and requests for the visit) in advance, allowing for a smoother examination.

You can also receive notifications about temporary closures and the latest news via LINE.
How to Use
1. Scan the QR code with your smartphone and add the clinic’s LINE account as a friend.
2. Follow the instructions to complete the reception process.
3. When you receive a notification that your turn is near, please come to the clinic.

Additionally, with the introduction of Sotomachi, our in-clinic check-in process has changed. If you are checking in directly at the clinic without using LINE, please use the check-in kiosk (iPad) located in the clinic. Our reception staff will assist you until you are comfortable using it, so please do not hesitate to ask. If you have any questions about how to use the system, please ask our clinic staff.

If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your turn (or scheduled time), your registration may be canceled.
